Shipping and Returns in summary If the product is damaged or we sent the wrong item we will replace it with the right item, if the item is undamaged and you have not used it then we will accept it back. However on returns the cost of our shipping it to you is not refundable and the cost to ship it back is yours. Damaged in Shipping If your merchandise is damaged in shipping please save all packing material and contact us within 72 hours. E-mail us at [email protected] and include your full name, order number, and a description of the damage merchandise. You must save all packing material in the condition which it was received. Once you notify us of the damage, we will contact you and begin the claim process with the shipping company. Please allow 10 business days for the shipping company to pick up the damage merchandise from you. If after 10 business days have passed and they have not picked it up, you can either keep the item or discard it. After the 10 business days are over we'll have to wait until the shipping company respond back to us in reference to your damage item/items and then we'll be able to reship another item which will take approximately 3-5 business days to complete. Defective Merchandise: If you receive the defective merchandise please save all packing material and contact us within 72 hours. Email us at [email protected] and include your full name and order number. Please allow 1-3 business days for the shipping company to pick up the defective merchandise from you. If after 1-3 business days have passed and they have picked it up, please contact us. After the 1-3 business days are over we'll have to wait until the shipping company respond back to us in reference to your defective item/items and then we'll be able to reship another item which will take approximately 3-5 business days to complete. If we made a 3 delivery attempt and the package was not ready on the 3rd attempt, the customers are liable to send the item back to us at their cost. Back Orders Back order Que it means that due to the high sales volume on some of your item/items which you have bought, we are currently out of stock at that time. Please allow 30 days for your item/items to be shipped. Once item or items are placed on back order, we cannot cancel until the 30 days have been fulfilled. Wrong Item Shipped If you receive the wrong merchandise please save all packing material and contact us within 72 hours. Email us at [email protected] and include your full name and order number. Once you notify us of the wrong merchandise, we will contact you and begin the reshipping process with our shipping company. Do not send us back merchandise without our approval. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before attempting to return any merchandise to Imaginique Enterprises. Any package received without a valid RA# will be returned to the sender at sender's cost. To obtain an RA# please email us at [email protected]. A customer service representative will give you an RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any included paperwork. We are not obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 72 hours after the products have been delivered to the customer. Shipping Policy The majority of orders ship within 1-3 business days. All products are shipped within 7 business days from the time an order is placed on our web site. Estimated ship time appears below each product description. When a single order contains multiple items, the item with the longest estimated ship time will impact time of shipment. Multiple items in a single order may ship in separate boxes. Note that ship time estimates do not include transit times. Your order transit time is determined by the shipping method you specify during checkout, and by the distance between your address and our order fulfillment centers. There are some situations where we will ship your order, in full or in part, from a secondary fulfillment center. Your entire order will most often ship from our main center; however, should a portion of your order be shipped separately, you will be notified with multiple tracking numbers and information. We use SF Express, UPS, USPS for most of our shipments. Lease refer to the listing details or message us if you have any specific questions regarding shipment. We only ship to the confirmed address, Please verify your address is correct before you pay for the items. Items are usually shipped 1-2 business days after payment has been received. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. Each of our products is hand-made by our workshop, usually produced and the estimated delivery time is 3-14 days. If you are a custom order, it usually takes 15-30 days depending on the process difficulty, and 10-15 days shipping time. We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. International buyers (Non-US) are responsible for duties and customs fees. International buyers (Non-US) bear the risk of orders being held or destroyed by the customs department. Tracking numbers will be sent to all customers upon package shipment. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Military APO's or FPO addresses. We do not offer local pickup.
